Friendly staff but cleanliness issues

The staff were very welcoming and attentive during my stay, making the experience enjoyable. However, I noticed cleanliness was a concern as there was garbage left in the hallways and some areas seemed poorly maintained. Overall, I expected a bit more attention to detail for a hotel of this reputation.

So, I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room with my fam. The staff was super chill and friendly, and our room was clean. The mini-fridge and microwave were nice touches! However, we walked out to a frigid lobby that felt like the Arctic. Plus, the elevator was creaky and kinda sketchy. They do have a great bar area if you're lookin' to unwind.

However, the elevator situation was frustrating since only one was operational, causing delays.
